Harness definition for the composite selected by agent-runtimes controlplane/script_composites.py when a script node has no effective agent_repo (WF-COMP-31e, item e993c9fa). Layers shared-variables/v1 only: no repo-readonly, no CP credential, zero secrets_required, so the node passes the NS-12 tenant-namespace gate and gets the broker sidecar. Without this file the compiler falls back to the legacy composite, which still carries secrets.
