+Fixed `agent-subscriptions` Anthropic probe (was UNAVAILABLE) by switching to `/api/oauth/usage` + `/api/oauth/profile` using the Claude Code profile login token; added plan info and an inferred renewal date. Committed and pushed as 8935d58.

+- Decision: read the token from `~/.claude-oreillyit-anthropic/.credentials.json` (override `AGENT_SUBSCRIPTIONS_CLAUDE_DIR`), read-only, no refresh -- Rationale: the setup-token key in `secrets/anthropic/api_key` lacks `user:profile`.

+## Gotchas Discovered
+- **[anthropic-oauth]** Symptom: `anthropic-ratelimit-unified-*` headers no longer returned by `/v1/models`; `/v1/messages` gives a bare 429 with no headers -- Fix: use `GET /api/oauth/usage` (header `anthropic-beta: oauth-2025-04-20`), which returns `five_hour`/`seven_day` `{utilization, resets_at ISO}`.
