Paul O'Reilly 91f69282cf feat(agent-repo): opt-in AR-42 archive-and-reset of a stale task branch (f910e2ba)

init.sh now archives and resets an existing task/<uuid> branch to the current
base when AGENT_BRANCH_RESET_ON_START=true. Default off: all nodes of a
workflow share the branch, so only the workflow's first node may set it.

agent-runtime-framework

Framework reference config repo for the agent-runtimes platform.

This repo is attached at CP scope with tags [harnesses, templates, workflows, model-registry, models] and provides the default content that all installations inherit.

harnesses/ — capabilities, contexts, composites
task-templates/ — dispatch-task template YAMLs
workflows/ — workflow DAG definitions
model-registry/ — model scoring YAMLs
models/ — model endpoint YAMLs

Usage

Registered as a CRS attachment at CP scope (priority 100). Customer installations attach their own repos at lower priority to override or extend.
