agent-repo/v1 init.sh creates /workspace/project/results/ and .gitignore, making the directory non-empty before the integrator clone action runs. git clone into a non-empty directory fails with 'already exists'. Integrators don't need the agent-repo lifecycle — they clone origin/main directly and push back. Remove agent-repo/v1 from the composite.
